Millions of people across eastern Asia as well as America’s West Coast turned their eyes skyward for this year’s first annular eclipse, a rare natural phenomenon.
The Bison Track Show 2012 in the Rostov Region attracted about 25,000 spectators. In all, 37 competitors were involved in the race. The winner managed to accelerate his tractor to 68 kph.

In general, the event traditionally showed long lines of visitors but no frenzy.
